Spells:  Val currently has no damaging spells, a supporter as for now,  knowing it he makes sure to not face danger alone until he gains more knowledge

Lie of Beauty- 
effect- puts the enemy to sleep| cast- instant |duration- 5 minuets | cool down- 15 minuets| flaws- removes enemy status effects, enemy can easily wakes up  if touched

 an illusion spell, cast instantly,  causing the target to enter a dreamworld a room in which they meet with their fantasies and might not want to leave the place, however this is all in their head and in reality they are asleep while still standing. Val's ability is fragile and his stamina is low, so he can only hold it for 5 minuets before the illusion breaks, else they can wake up easily should anything hit them
this ability has a 15 minuets cool down, in which Val regenerates energy by resting and consuming food to make up for his poor stamina in preparation for the next time he would activate this spell again
if the target suffered from any status effect,they would be removed when they wake up, as they slept calmly in their fantasy

Victus Path -
effect- small health regeneration over time either to self or target| cast- 1 minuet under concentration| duration - 2 minuets| cool down- once in a battle| flaws- can't perform any other skills while this spell is active, can only perform it once during a battle, and it currently doesn't heal much

 skill takes one minuet to cast and needs concentration.  entering a state of meditation by using an illusion spell inflicting serenity on the body allowing it to slowly and calmly regain any lost health by inflicting H.O.T - healing over time by speeding up organs and particles in the body that are responsible of Victus- life, such as blood vessels and heart.
Val can only use this spell once in a battle and while the H.O.T is active he cannot do any other spell, and he can only use this spell on one target

Weapon: Spirit Orb.  he would either wear it as a bracelet or have it as the handle of his parasol/umbrella
Val believes the Orb has an actual spirit inside of it, he can see it dancing around however cannot confirm that it truly is a spirit of some sort and will not risk breaking it
this Orb was passed to him by his father , it goes down in the family. Val still tries to research it when he comes up with a new idea.

Personality:
+Studious Val would hit the books more often than not, he's diligent and cannot stand the thought of not knowing something, specifically about magic and spells, however, he studies away from the eyes of the crowd, so don't expect to find him while he researches. he's the type you won't know where he got his knowledge from since he's never seen studying.

+Curious (positive) - no matter the years Val has spent in this world, he's still fascinated by it and would research new things whenever he can, he will also join people (to go to someplace, or on errands etc) should they ask him to; Val would usually find interest 

+kind Val will share his cookie...if you are into blood cookies..  
as long as you don't touch his doll collection, he's almost always in a sharing mood, just say what you need, the boy's a hoarder.
Val will always treat people kindly, and loves to have guests over listening patiently to what they have to say and conversing politely, bad language would never depart his lips
however he also may not always keep your secrets, although he said he would..


+extremely patient  Val never rushes into things, he's got time. if there's a goal at hand he would think of a strategy and achieve it bit by bit. 
this is also why he can play chess for hours 

- Curios (negative)  he's the type to go where he's advised not to go to. or research what he might not be supposed to, or stick his nose where he shouldn't  

- obsessive  Val is obsessed with 'capturing' 'beauty' and 'life'  he does it by creating bjd dolls. if you ask him to make one in your figure, he would gladly do it, but don't expect him to give it to you later, unless you are close to the point he's ready to gift his hard work.
he also always on the lookout for more knowledge in magic, this can also be seen a little obsessive. this is due to his secret wish to recreate reality into something better more magical, fantasy, even if just an illusion 

- childish  Val wishes to 'live in a dream' , he always thinks of a way to recreate magical sites and creatures which also leads him to be fascinated by spells of illusion and alteration.
and again- he's surrounded with dolls


- hoarder  having a slight materialistic side in him, Val tends to keep items, and has a hard time throwing away, this is beside his collection of glasses and toys.

- human blood- Val was never able to find out why, but human blood upsets his stomach, he prefers manufactured food anyway. (processed food that's made out of blood)
- graveyards, everyone laughs at him for this one, but the place is just eerie ! (he does sleep in a coffin tho, it has nothing to do with it, coffin blocks the light perfectly)

Biography:
Val's family did not bother to get along with any other except vampires, they lived in a no mix area which made life easier for these dark creatures
but it also meant they didn't hunt nor hone their skills- food can be bought, and there are no vampire hunters to hide from or fight back, there is no need
even the sun rays just barely make it in, it is mostly winter and foggy, perfect conditions
It was everything Val hated, too boring too easy, ever since he heard in kindergarten about how great vampires are he started researching and studying meticulously developing an obsessive almost
he wanted to feel a vampire, the one from the books, a real vampire

Val has always had low stamina that caused him to pass out leaving his parents awfully confused, it was nothing genetic nor an illness and it seemed to have no explanation either
why the boy would so easily pass out from exhaustion.   no one knew why, except for Val himself that had a good guess what was going on-  he was practicing magic but was doing it wrong and spent too much energy doing so which would cause him to later pass out.

since Val could remember himself he was interested in fantasy tales and stories about adventures, rumors about gaining power and all sorts of folklore. but his family was very average and boring, at least to his taste; simple and mediocre
they lacked nothing and did not have too much either, which led to Val having normal childhood ,since it was a good environment to grow up in, but not for Val, his never ending curiosity and wish to learn more about his own race had brought him  to research on his own and be interested in illusion magic, since he was interested in merging dreamworld and reality;
researching away from his family's eyes believing they wouldn't understand his desire
however his parents eventually discovered his notes and writings; their only wish was that he would learn it with proper guidance, the couple wasn't happy that their only child was seeking to leave the comfort of the society that was built in the place, but it was time to let the young vampire go. note: he is 60 years old, but in terms of vampire it's young and he's also living in a very specific society that is practically seeing the world very differently, the family is united and members don't always leave their parents place, instead enlarging the personal territory eventually creating a clan.

the information of Luna Arcana, school of magic couldn't have come at a better time  and Val joined with the high hopes he would find a way to gain more stamina and continue his research effectively
he also discovered information about a mysterious stone called the philosopher stone, a stone that is said to offer great knowledge  - worth researching indeed.
In addition, meeting with vampires of different backgrounds
what he was mostly fascinated about however, was the scent of blood that is practically everywhere, there are creatures other than vampires at the place and he leaned to adore certain smells such as elven blood
